Absolute grating ruler
The glass of the grating ruler has two different engraved lines, one used to generate a 1Vpp signal (like a standard incremental grating ruler); The other one is binary code, which uses a special order to ensure that the code does not repeat over the entire measurement length The absolute position can be calculated using these binary codes through photosensitive elements and special equipment.
This series of products is highly recommended for measuring lengths within 2040mm and in environments with high speed, high vibration, and limited space. Three types of zero reference points are available for selection: there is a zero reference point Io every 50mm; Zero reference point Io can be selected; Distance encoding zero reference point Io. This series of reading heads (rulers) have a built-in socket connected to a cable, making it easy for users to install and remove.
